No Returns or Exchanges:
- Once a product has been purchased and received, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for any reason, except for instances of damaged or defective products (see below).
Damaged or Defective Products:
- In the rare event that you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact our customer support team within 7 days of receiving your order. We will require photo evidence of the damage or defect for our records.
- Our team will assess the issue and, IF it is determined that the product was damaged or defective prior to delivery, we will provide you with a replacement or a refund for the cost of the product, excluding shipping charges.
Shipping Errors:
- If you receive the wrong product due to a shipping error on our part, please contact us within 10 days of receiving your order. We will arrange for the correct product to be shipped to you at no additional cost.
Cancellation Policy:

Refused Shipments:
- If a customer refuses a shipment for any reason, they will be responsible for all shipping charges incurred and a restocking fee, if applicable.
Process of refund:
- If in any case a refund will be issued to you, please allow us a few days - 3 to 5 days - to see the transaction available on your account in the same nature that it was debited (i.e. if your purchase was made in cash, credit or debit card, you will be refunded in the same way). For credit or debit card, please note that our CRM company does not reimburse transaction fees. These are non-refundable and are a little bit less than 5% of the whole transaction amount.
